The 3 nurses that visited were friendly, caring, empathetic, professional and fully understanding.

We were not informed that one visit would be to administer iv fluids and thus would take 90 mins. Notification of this the day before or in the morning of the visit would have been useful.

I came for a GTT test and was seen by [name removed]. Very unfriendly with poor communication on what will be done in the test. I came into the room door was slammed shut. I was told to do remove my jumper no indication that bloods where to be taken. Then a drink was placed in front of me with the only words “drink it”. I feel a bit more bedside manner is required. Especially with pregnant women.

[name removed] needs to improve on her communication skills and how she deals with patients. I dread to think what she would be like with children.

Provide better signage to the Department from the Main Site. Otherwise, it is an amazing, local Physiotherapy Department and we are privileged to have these amazing people in our Community. Thank you.

The clinicians are very helpful

It is impossible to speak to the reception team to book or reschedule an appointment. A phone number is provided on the appointment letters but on every occasion it goes through to voicemail. Despite requesting a call back no one calls but sends a email instead. I have also been informed that there is no cancellation list. Appointments are very limited and inflexible for a rapid access clinic.
